How Aumark collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Aumark and this website.
1. Introduction
Aumark ("Aumark," "we," "our," or "us") operates the Aumark platform and the website located at aumark.ai (the "Site"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data with transparency and care.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and what rights you have regarding your data. By using our Site or services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
If you have questions about this policy, contact us at consult@aumark.ai.
2. Information We Collect
Information You Provide Directly
When you fill out a contact form, request a demo, or communicate with us by email, we collect the information you submit -- such as your name, email address, company name, phone number, and the content of your message. This information is provided voluntarily.
Automatically Collected Information
When you visit our Site, certain technical information is collected automatically, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, time spent on pages, and other diagnostic data. This information is collected through cookies, server logs, and similar technologies.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to enhance your browsing experience, analyze Site traffic, and understand how visitors interact with our content. For a detailed breakdown of the cookies we use, please see our Cookie Policy.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
- To send you information you have requested, such as demos, proposals, or product updates.
- To improve and optimize the Site and our services based on usage patterns.
- To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, and security threats.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
- To send periodic communications, such as newsletters or updates, if you have opted in.
- To analyze marketing effectiveness and understand our audience.
4. Third-Party Services
We use a limited number of trusted third-party services to operate and improve the Site. Each of these services may collect or process your data according to their own privacy policies.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics (including Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager) to collect anonymous data about how visitors use our Site -- such as page views, session duration, device type, and traffic sources. This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you. Google may transfer data to servers in the United States. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Cloudflare Turnstile
We use Cloudflare Turnstile on our contact and demo request forms to protect against automated spam submissions. Turnstile analyzes browser signals to determine whether a request is human without using intrusive CAPTCHAs. This involves limited data processing by Cloudflare, Inc. Please review Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for details.
Google reCAPTCHA
In certain contexts we may use Google reCAPTCHA to protect our forms and services from abuse. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, including mouse movements and keystrokes, to distinguish humans from automated programs. This data is processed by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to any third party. We do not share your data with third parties except as described above or as required by law.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by applicable law.
Contact form submissions and inquiry data are retained for up to 36 months to allow us to follow up on business inquiries and maintain records of our communications. After this period, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
Analytics data collected via Google Analytics is retained according to Google's data retention settings, which we have configured to a maximum of 14 months. Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Persistent cookies expire on the schedule described in our Cookie Policy.
If you request deletion of your personal data, we will honor that request within 30 days to the extent permitted by law and our legitimate business interests.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data. We are committed to honoring these rights regardless of where you are located.
